Barry is the Senior Vice President of Estimating and Procurement at HEIN, and is responsible for leading, and providing full coordination of the company’s estimating and procurement departments.

Robert is Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance at HEIN, and provides oversight and coordination of the company’s financial planning, debt financing and budget management functions.

As HEIN’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations, corporate secretary and General Counsel, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing HEIN’s legal affairs and policies, including its corporate matters, litigation and employee relations.

After graduating from the Construction Engineering Management Program at George Brown College (Toronto) in 2006, Shawn initially started with HEIN as a Site Superintendent, and now works in the role of Project Manager.

Since stepping into the Senior Vice President role in 2025, Steven has advanced operational strategies and delivered complex, multi-phase projects to high client satisfaction.

Leads HEIN’s day-to-day accounting operations, including fiscal reporting and project-level cost tracking. Since joining in 2017, Amber has helped modernize internal processes and supports HEIN’s community initiatives.

Oversees HEIN’s financial strategy, reporting, and forecasting, driving stronger treasury management and continuous improvement since becoming CFO in 2025.
