BUILT INTO EVERYTHING WE DO
At HEIN, health and safety are shared responsibilities that guide every decision, from pre-construction planning through project completion. Our teams work proactively to identify risks, communicate expectations, and maintain safe, well-managed jobsites where everyone is empowered to speak up.
THE STANDARDS THAT GUIDE OUR PROJECTS
Leadership Accountability
Safety expectations are set clearly, reinforced consistently, and supported at every level.
Planning and Prevention
Risks are identified early so hazards can be addressed before work begins.
Training and Awareness
Employees and trade partners are equipped with the knowledge to work safely.
Open Communication
Everyone is encouraged to raise concerns, ask questions, and contribute to safer outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
Safety practices are reviewed and refined to strengthen performance over time.
ISO 45001
HEIN is pursuing ISO 45001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for occupational health and safety management systems. The process is helping us strengthen how we identify risks, define responsibilities, manage safety practices, and measure performance across our projects and operations.
For HEIN, pursuing certification is about more than meeting an international standard. It reflects our commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and a safety culture that continues to evolve as we raise expectations for ourselves and the work we deliver.
A CLEAR EXPECTATION
Every project brings different conditions, teams, and challenges.
At HEIN, the expectation remains consistent: plan carefully, communicate openly, address risks early, and continue improving from one project to the next.
